BEFORE - ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
At UPyourHOUSE.ca, we believe that your dreams can be realized by our practical and design-oriented approach, which effectively keeps your costs as low as possible, while meeting the highest of expectations! Before providing you with a quotation, we will work with you from the outset, as we get a solid understanding of your vision, assess how we can keep your costs down, and add our design expertise! If you are satisfied with our quotation, simply provide us with a $200 deposit to hold your start date.
DURING - DESIGN AND PLANNING
With an agreement to proceed in place, UPyourHOUSE.ca will continue to collaborate with you to create a design, establish timelines for completion, select materials, and ensure a clear understanding of the scope and expectations of your project. We believe that the process should be exciting and fun! Like the cornerstone of every foundation, clear communication is the cornerstone of successful project between UPyourHOUSE.ca and our clients.
DURING - CONSTRUCTION AND PAYMENTS
UPyourHOUSE.ca contracts are created with our clients in mind! Each component of the project is itemized separately. As well, payments are scheduled based on a percentage of completion or each separate component of the project; this way our clients do not pay up front for any work while this also affords our clients the flexibility to make changes throughout the project.
AFTER - CUSTOMER SERVICE
Before UPyourHOUSE .ca completes your project, we complete a walk-through with our clients, aimed at and rectifying any deficiencies. Didn‘t catch your deficiencies during the walk -through? No problem! UPyourHOUSE.ca prides itself on providing customer care after the completion of your project.
